These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Puma77 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at puma77.click ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the Puma77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with Puma77, including account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in games, eligibility for promotions and bonuses, and any other use of the Service. They are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account held by a Player on the Puma77 platform, uniquely identified by username and email address.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount granted by Puma77 to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of real money from a Player's verified payment method into their Puma77 Account Balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which Puma77 confirms a Player's identity and age using official identity documents.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency for transactions on the Puma77 platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which the use of Puma77's services is prohibited by applicable law, including without limitation jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly forbidden by statute.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a bonus amount (or deposit-plus-bonus amount) must be wagered before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of available real-money Balance from a Player's Puma77 Account to their verified payment method.

Membership and use of the Puma77 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Puma77 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Single Account: Each natural person may hold only one Puma77 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension.
4. Own Account: You must register and operate the account exclusively for your own personal use. Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
5. Identity: All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of Puma77 or any of its affiliated entities.

To create an account on Puma77, you must complete the registration form providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. Puma77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is a mandatory compliance process that must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The following documents may be required:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months of submission (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document alongside a handwritten note bearing the date and "Puma77" as instructed by the compliance team.
• Where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or bank account in the Player's name).

KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Puma77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts for which KYC cannot be completed satisfactorily will be suspended, and outstanding balances will be managed in accordance with applicable regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Puma77 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Puma77 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Puma77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, as well as select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction (cryptocurrency equivalent of RM30).
• Maximum Deposit: RM30,000 per transaction, subject to the limits imposed by your selected payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Instant to 5 minutes for DuitNow and approved e-wallets; up to 24 hours for bank transfers in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawal Conditions: All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is initiated. Puma77 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
• Fees: Puma77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Third-party processing fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are not the responsibility of Puma77.

Puma77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and a cryptocurrency deposit bonus. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Puma77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion, and to recover any bonus funds already credited, where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors.
• Bonus funds do not count as part of the available Balance for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Maximum bet per round while a bonus is active: RM20 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion page for contribution percentages.

All games available on the Puma77 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, under the oversight of trained live-dealer staff at third-party certified studios. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Players are solely responsible for their gameplay decisions. Puma77 does not provide gambling advice or strategy recommendations.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during a game round, the outcome of the affected round will be determined by the server-side game log. Puma77's determination in such matters is final.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Puma77 platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to participate in games, exploit promotions, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple instances of the same welcome bonus or other single-use promotion.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors knowingly. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and will be voided.

All content on the Puma77 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the proprietary intellectual property of Puma77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of Puma77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puma77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from network failures, payment gateway outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond Puma77's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account information, or gaming history arising from technical failures.
• Any action taken by Puma77 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of your own decisions while using the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Puma77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Puma77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via a prominent on-site notice or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Puma77 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing licensing jurisdiction.
